第六条费用支付

一、团费按下列时间支付：

本协议生效当日,甲方应支付团费的100%给乙方（即元）。

二、团费按下列方式支付：

甲方应当通过电汇或网银支付的方式支付费用,若采用支票或汇票方式支付,以款到乙方账户日为付款日。

三、乙方的收款账户：

第七条甲方及其参团人员的权利义务。

一、依据本协议约定之内容及标准要求乙方提供服务之权利。

二、依据本协议约定支付团款及其他费用。

三、督促参团人员于行程中保管好自己的行李物品,因参团人员自身原因损坏、丢失的,贵重物品和金钱应随身携带,或保存于酒店保险箱内,责任自负。

四、甲方参团人员应尊重团队整体利益,遵守团队纪律,服从乙方的指挥和安排。

五、甲方参团人员不得在中国境内非法滞留或擅自离团。

六、甲方参团人员应遵守中国的法律法规,尊重当地的宗教信仰、风俗习惯及风土人情。

若甲方参团人员违反上述规定而产生的法律责任由甲方及其参团人员自负,由此造成的损失将由甲方承担,因此导致本协议全部或部分无法履行时。

甲方及其参团人员应配合乙方积极采取措施防止损失的扩大,如甲方及其参团人员采取不合作行为（如拒绝随团登机、车、船等行为）,七、在出现意外事件或不可抗力等因素使协议履行产生变更时,致使损失扩大,甲方无权就扩大的损失向乙方要求赔偿。

八、甲方应敦促其参团人员随身携带护照或其他个人身份证件。

九、因为违约承担违约责任的义务

第八条乙方的权利义务。

一、在旅游过程中的组织、指挥权利

二、收取服务报酬的权利

三、按照协议约定提供旅游服务,不得无故减少行程内容、降低服务标准或额外收费。

四、因为违约承担违约责任的义务

五、在出现意外事件或不可抗力等因素时,积极采取措施防止损失的扩大的义务。

六、在提供旅游服务过程中,应尽到勤勉尽责的义务。

七、对于乙方委托的第三方的违约行为承担赔偿责任的义务。

八、在旅游过程中,对参团人员应当尽到提供优质服务和管理的义务。

乙方不承担责任,九、乙方仅在提供服务的范围内承担相应责任,但应协助解决甲方与责任方之间的纠纷,因第三方（如机场出入境的安检、海关、移民局等管理部门、酒店、机场、航空公司、车公司、同行人或其他第三人等）原因导致甲方人身、财产权益受到损害的。

第九条协议的变更

协议变更给对方造成损失时,若对他方没有造成损失,他方应当尽量满足对方的请求,一方提出变更时,并且这种变更不影响协议履行时,提出方应当予以赔偿,本协议签订后,否则对方有权拒绝变更要求。

第十条违约责任

除了本协议其他条款约定的违约责任外,按照约定处理：,出现下列违约情况之一项或多项时。

一、甲方于出团前要求改期、变更人数或服务内容、退团等变更或取消的,需书面通知乙方,同时依据下列规定承担违约责任：。

1、出发前15个工作日以上（含15个工作日）要求变更或取消的,需赔偿乙方已发生的交通费用定金及退票损失、酒店定金等损失。

取消的同时应向乙方支付团费的20%违约金,应当赔偿乙方的损失,3、出发前3-6个工作日变更或取消的。

取消的同时应向乙方支付团费的30％违约金,应当赔偿乙方的损失,4、出发前两个工作日变更或取消的。

应当按照迟延支付团费的千分之一向乙方支付违约金,每迟延支付一日,二、甲方不按本协议约定期限支付团费。

三、甲方参团人员违反本协议第七条第三至十项任何一项或多项约定,由此造成的一切后果（包括乙方的经济损失）应当由甲方承担。

第十一条不可抗力

延期或解除协议时,导致本协议部分或全部不能履行,若甲方不愿意延期履行,或因不可抗力因素导致乙方组团成本增加,则双方可以解除本协议,双方可以协商延期履行,乙方在此前因组团发生的费用由甲方承担,双方无法就新价格达成一致时,因自然灾害、恶劣天气条件、政府行为、社会异常事件（如罢工、政变、骚乱、游行等）、流行性疾病暴发等双方当事人不可预见、不可避免、不可克服的不可抗力事件。

第十二条争议解决
