旅行顾问（岗位职责）。

职位描述

Understands client’s need complete accurate records of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing and routing.。

? 提供专业独立的商旅服务,例如行程规划,预订操作,运价计算和票务处理。

Work professionally and independently in providing business travel services i.e.: planning of itineraries, making reservations, competitive fare computations and ticketing.。

? 根据服务水准协议确保高水准专业服务,提高客户满意度。

Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs).。

? 处理客户反馈,增加提供适当的解决方案和建议。

Handle customer feedback, escalations and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.。

? 处理签证相关的文档,确保从大使馆/领事馆可以快速拿到出行文件。

Process visa related documentation and ensure speedy recovery of travel documents from the Embassies/Consulates.。

? 确保遵循客户的出行政策,包括飞机、住宿、汽车、铁路、保险和签证要求。

? 通过流程知识、产品、规则和条例来减少过失和错误。

Minimise errors and mistakes by gaining knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations.。

Ensure that the Telephone Service Factor (TSF) are met in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLAs).。

? 在相应的层面上建立和保持与客户之间的良关系。

Build and maintain relationships with client’s contacts at the relevant level.。

? 根据服务水准协议执行工作流程。

Manages workflow and processes in accordance with Service Level Agreement.。

Possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years of solid corporate experience.。

? 较好地掌握市场运价。

Well verse and with a good grasp of the market fares.。

? 具有国际航运输协会或世界旅行社协会联合会的证书者佳。

? 对航空运价和票务规则有较强的经验与理解力。

Strong background and understanding of airfares constructions principles and ticket formats.。

? 较强的中英文口头与书面沟通技能。

Strong oral and written communication skills in English, effectively bilingual.。

? 乐观并以销售为导向,耐心,且能够在压力和时间紧迫的情况下进行工作。

Pleasant and sales oriented, patient and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.。
