坦桑尼亚达累斯萨拉姆大学孔子学院简介。

目前达大孔院包括达累斯萨拉姆大学,其中包括大学13所（达大,坦桑尼亚公务员学院,圣奥古斯丁大学,中学9所（宝宝中学男校,达大教育学院,姆夸瓦教育学院,圣克里斯汀娜中学,外交学院,阳高中学,阿特拉斯中学）,宝宝中学女校,马兰谷旅游管理学校）,警察局学校,尼雷尔纪念学院,土地大学,圣马修斯中学,金大卫中学,约瑟夫中学,姆贝亚科技大学,阿鲁沙会计学院,我们也长期为坦桑尼亚警官开始汉语培训课程,泰奥菲罗·乞桑吉大学,目前每年孔院注册学员超过一万人次,一共有22个教学点,三谷中学,和小学1所（山城小学）,另外警察局总署。

孔子学院每年还组织青年学生访华夏令营,教育工作者访华团,为品学兼优的学生提供孔院奖学金,让他们有机会到中国留学。

和早日实现汉语师资本土化,为了进一步给坦桑尼亚培养高级的汉语人才,达累斯萨拉姆大学孔子学院将在达大的人文学院开设本科英语-汉语师范专业班和汉语大专班,下一步还会开设本科斯语-汉语师范专业班,2018下半年。

同时达大孔院也获得孔院总部颁发的“2017年汉语考试优秀奖”,在第12届全球孔院大会上荣获“2017年全球先进孔院”的荣誉,达大孔院被中国驻坦桑尼亚大使馆评为 “2017年度公共外交先进集体”。

为中坦友谊,搭建了中坦人民心灵相通的桥梁,成为深化中坦友谊的窗口,达大孔院将继续做好桥梁和纽带作用,孔子学院从语言教学入手,用文化交融,促进了中非文明的交流,中华名族的伟大复兴做出自己的贡献。

Introduction to Confucius Institute at the University of Dar es Salaam。

Confucius Institute at UDSM (CIUDSM), co-founded by the University of Dar es Salaam, and Zhejiang Normal University, was officially launched on 9th October 2013. Up to now, CI has gone through almost five years of endeavor in the path of Chinese language instruction, culture promotion and friendship cultivation between China and Tanzania. So far the teaching team at CI consists of nearly 50 Chinese teachers.。

The courses offered include Chinese training course, Chinese compulsory course, Chinese elective course, Kungfu course and other cultural courses.。

Currently there are 4 HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) test centres at CI UDSM, located at UDSM, Mkwawa University in Iringa, St. Augustine University in Mwanza and Mbeya University of Science Technology in Mbeya separately. And the test is held 5 times per year. More than 1000 students took part in HSK in the year 2017.。

Every year CI UDSM will organize a variety of Chinese cultural activities. In the year 2017, CI UDSM has organized over 100 cultural activities, with an audience as large as 80,000.。

Every year CI UDSM organizesChinese Summer Camp in China and Delegation of Tanzanian Educators to China. CI UDSM also offers different categories of scholarships for outstanding learners, which enables their further study in China.。

In order to cultivate more Chinese language talents and realize the Chinese teaching localization, from October 2018, CI UDSM is expected to offer BA with Education (Chinese & English) and Diploma in Chinese language under the College of Humanities(COHU), and followed by BA with Education (Chinese & Swahili) in the near future.。

Besides language training, CI-UDSM cooperates with different institutions to promote the culture exchange between China and Tanzania. Cooperating with Tanzanian media Daily News to set up an editorial office of Chinese Culture Weekly, respectively publishing content about Chinese culture. CI-UDSM collaborates with Tanzanian Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to develop Chinese test outline and textbooks for secondary school students; Cooperation with China Translation & Publishing Corporation and Mkuki na Nyota Publishers to establish a joint editorial office, aiming at translating Chinese works into Swahili and publishing in Tanzania. At present, 10 Chinese books have been introduced and the translation work has begun; CI-UDSM has signed a long-term agreement with Chinese Business Chamber of Tanzania on organizing cultural activities jointly, like the Job Fare each year. CI-UDSM also holdsactivities with Chinese Embassy and Chinese Cultural Center, to serve cultural diplomacy.。

With the excellent performance, CI-UDSM was awarded as “2017 Advanced Public Diplomacy Group” by the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania and was awarded the prize of CONFUCIUS INSTITUTE OF THE YEAR 2017 and 2017 EXCELLENCE AWARD IN CHINESE TEST during the 12th Confucius Institute Conference 2017.。

CI UDSM has bridged minds through language and cultural interaction, and become a platform on which Tanzanians come to know more about China, a window to deepen the friendship between Tanzania and China, which boosted the exchange of Sino-African civilizations.。
