2月15日,“绍兴健康码”已开通申领通道。

The Application Channel for “Shaoxing Health Code”opens on Feb 15th。

Steps for Foreigners in Shaoxing to Apply for “Health Code”。

首先打开你的支付宝

在搜索栏输入“绍兴健康码”。

Step 1

Open your Alipay.。

Enter“ Shaoxing health code”in the search field。

授权“绍兴健康码”后将获取个人有关信息。

如：姓名、手机号、证件号码等信息后依次填写选项（*为必填）。

Step2

Authorize“Shaoxing Health Code”to collect personal information。

Fill in your personal information,such。

as:name,mobile number,passport number and other information.Fill in the options one by one(*is required)。

需如实填写健康信息

并勾选下方“本人郑重承诺”。

在确认无误后点击“提交”。

Step3

Fill in the true health information。

And select“I solemnly promise”below。

Click“submit”after confirmation。

最终生成二维码

Step4

The QR code will be generated.。

在连续申报健康打卡14天正常后,在连续申报健康打卡不超过7天正常后,显示红码者,显示黄码者,将转为绿码,将转为绿码,注：显示绿码者,要实施14天的集中或居家隔离,要进行7天以内的集中或居家隔离,进出绍兴扫码通行。

Note:You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Shaoxing.A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row,and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself to be in normal condition for the past 14 days.Likewise,a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row,and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself to be in normal condition for the past 7 days.。
