背景知识

注意要重复客人的姓名,客人要结账离开时,在电脑中确认或者找出客人账单与客人再确认一遍,前台应问清结账离店客人的房号(room number)。

检查客房状况可以避免客人对客房内部设施、非一次性用品造成的损坏不知情,保障饭店的利益不受损害,楼层服务员在接到通知后应立即前往该房间查看,并及时通知收银处查房结果。

同时前台服务员还会检查客人房卡(room card)、钥匙上的房号与登记表、账单上的房号是否一致,避免因错对账单而结错账。
