凤凰岛简介

INTRODUCTION。

已经建成两个15万吨级的邮轮泊位,两个22.5万吨级的邮轮泊位正在建设中,三亚凤凰岛二期填岛主体工程已于2016年完成。

三亚凤凰岛二期工程竣工后,凤凰岛国际邮轮港可同时停泊5—7艘世界级豪华邮轮,年接待游客能力可达到200万人次,将成为亚洲最大的邮轮母港之一。

三亚凤凰岛的目标是以邮轮产业为依托,将三亚凤凰岛打造成邮轮之都、海港之城、梦幻之岛,建设集邮轮主题休闲港、丝绸之路自贸区、海洋亲水旅游湾、健康度假养生地、文化演艺娱乐岛等五大主题为一体的高端旅游度假综合体。

The Phase I project of Sanya Phoenix Island consists of seven business forms, which include the international cruise port, super star hotel, international health resort apartments, international yacht, tropical commercial street, business holiday villas, the Olympic theme park. The international health resort apartments have been completed. International Cruise Port’s first navigation was in 2006. And it is the first international cruise terminal in China and contains the 80,000-ton cruise berth.。

The Phase II project of Sanya Phoenix Island was completed in 2016, has built two 150,000-ton cruise berths, two 225,000-ton cruise berths are under construction.。

After the completion of Phase II of Phoenix Island in Sanya, Phoenix International Cruise Port will be able to berth 5-7 world-class luxury cruise ships at the same time. Annual reception capacity of tourists will reach 2 million, becoming one of Asia's largest cruise harbor.。

Sanya Phoenix Island's goal is the construction of high-end tourist holiday Complex based on the cruise industry, which contains five themes, cruise ship theme leisure port, the Silk Road free trade area, marine hydrophilic tourist Bay, health resort health, cultural entertainment island respectively. Sanya Phoenix Island will be the Cruise Capital, Harbor City, and Dream Island.。

是中国第一个国际邮轮专用港口,国际养生度假中心和8万吨国际邮轮港已建成投入使用,凤凰岛国际邮轮港项目位于三亚湾“阳光海岸”的核心区,一期工程规划有七大项目。

二期海域使用权证面积49.9633公顷（约749亩）,两个15万吨级邮轮泊位已经建成,两个22.5万吨级邮轮泊位正在建设中,填海成陆地面积为711亩,二期新建四个码头。
